Most interview preparation advice tells you to practice the 20 most common interview questions. But I suggest a different approach. First, figure out your superpowers. Then, prove them by developing a portfolio of work experience stories to back up your claims.

In this video, I’ll show you how to:

  • Uncover your superpower traits.
  • Organize your work experience “hero” stories.
  • Change the ending of a story to answer almost any interview question.
  • Establish your identity when you answer “Tell me about yourself….”
  • Highlight your effective communication skills, even when you’re not comfortable interviewing in English.

These tips are especially helpful if:

  • You don’t know exactly which job you’ll be applying for, but you want to prepare while you have time.
  • English isn’t your first language, so you know you may need extra preparation.
  • You feel like most interview prep advice is overwhelming.
  • You’re just not sure how to get started.
